Having reviewed thousands of floor plans throughout her career, Cas looks at a property and sees what it can become. The secondary dwelling potential others overlook. The renovation that adds $80,000 in value for $35,000 in cost. The reconfiguration that transforms a floor plan without touching a load bearing wall.

Her building design expertise means she approaches every Refine project already knowing what things should cost, what is structurally feasible, and what will genuinely improve a property's performance. She cannot be oversold by a contractor and neither can her clients.

At Arcēa, Cas leads the Refine stage from secondary dwelling feasibility through to project coordination and completion. She works exclusively in Victoria and South Australia where Arcēa has the established relationships and infrastructure to deliver the full ARC Method™ properly.

Cas is also an active property investor, with a personal portfolio built using the same ARC Method™ framework applied for every Arcēa client. She is currently managing an active renovation and secondary dwelling build on one of her own properties.
